How it works

We'll assess your organization's current standing in your sustainability journey, including the awareness and engagement levels of your employees, and your desired outcomes.
We'll then create a customized learning journey. Courses start at 45 minutes long, and typically follow the following flow: ‘inform, create, share’.

02 - INFORM
We’ll create bespoke learning modules which foster awareness and reflection around your values and/or ESG commitments, before inviting them to deepen their understanding around key topics.

03 - CREATE
Participants learn the art of storytelling, starting with insightful questions before learning about the key components of a powerful story
They then apply these skills to construct compelling narratives of their own, sharing the stories of colleagues and/or organizational initiatives related to your values and ESG commitments.

Stories are then shared via a range of formats, and purposes

- Events and Celebrations: Stories highlighted during company events and celebrations to bolster employee engagement.
- Training Integration: Stories integrated into ESG/values training courses to exemplify best practices and reinforce values.
